DeLonghi BCO420 Combi Espresso & Filter Coffee Maker:
With DeLonghi BCO420 Combi coffee maker, brew coffee without limits at home. It brings together various technologies to give coffee lovers the freedom of choice with every cup. You can brew espresso, use the manual steam wand to froth fresh milk and prepare cappuccinos, lattes as well as brew up to ten cups (1.4L) of smooth, filtered coffee.
It operates at 15 bar pressure, which ensures rich aroma and a nut coloured cream on top. And comes with a filter holder which can accommodate single shots, double shots and easy serving espresso pods. It is very accessible thanks to the front-loading system which allows you to load water and coffee from the front of the machine without having to move it from under the cabinet. Also comes with a practical cup storage tray which keeps the cups warm.

How to brew espresso with this coffee machine:
- Fill the tank with fresh clean water.
- Place the ground coffee filter (1cup or 2cup) in the filter holder depending upon the number of cups you want to brew. (Use the pod filter in case you want to use ESE pods)
- Add ground coffee (about 7g) in the filter for 1 cup of coffee. Distribute the pre-ground coffee evenly and press lightly with the tamper.
- Place the cup or cups under the filter holder spouts.
- Check that the OK light is on (if it is off, wait until it comes on), and turn the selector knob to espresso position. Once you have obtained the quantity of coffee you want, turn the selector to standby position.

Care and Use:
- Do not deliver steam for more than 60 seconds and never froth milk more than three times consecutively.
- After every 300 coffees, clean the espresso boiler outlet.
- Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaning products to clean the coffee machine. Use a soft damp cloth only.
- Clean the coffee filters regularly. Rinse the filters under running water and make sure the holes are not blocked.
- Descale the appliance about every 200 coffees. (Check out the instructions in the user manual included.)
