The 10 cup AromaCarafe made of thermoresist glass comes with special lid that minimizes the contact with air. This maintains the coffee temperature and preserves the aroma for longer. Further, the water filtration system, ensures the coffee releases full aroma for a great taste. With the drip stop functionality, the filter closes immediately after removing the jug during the brewing process. This allows you to enjoy the first cup of coffee before the brewing cycle ends. Thanks to the ergonomic non-slip handle, it is easy and convenient to pour the brewed coffee. And for more convenience, it switches off automatically after 40 minutes after the brewing cycle is complete.
How to use:
- Fill the water reservoir with fresh cold water. Refer to the water level indicator and fill to the desired number of cups.
- Insert a paper filter (cone type # 4) in the filter basket.
- Add the desired amount of ground coffee, corresponding to the number of cups being brewed. Recommend using 1 tablespoon or 1 coffee scoop of ground coffee per cup, but use more or less to suit your taste.
- Close the water reservoir and place the carafe including lid in its position on the keep warm plate.
- Press the On/Off button to start the brewing process.
Care and use:
- Never immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
- Always use cold water to make coffee.
- Wipe the base with a clean, damp cloth and dry before storing.
- Do not use any scouring agents or harsh cleansers on any part.
- For the best performance, descale the unit regularly.
- Allow the coffee maker to cool down for approx. 5 minutes before the next brewing cycle. Otherwise steam can develop when filling the water tank with cold water.
