Breville Smart Kettle:
The Breville Smart Kettle, with a 1.7L capacity, boils water in seconds for brewing various teas or coffee. It has a unique and durable design made with stainless steel and includes a 2400W heating element. It has 5 distinct pre-programmed settings which create ideal brewing conditions for Black, Green, White or Oolong teas and French Press Coffee. Also comes with a keep-warm function to keep your tea brewing and hot for 20 minutes, which can be activated before, during, or on completion of the water heating cycle. The specialised lid gently releases steam and eliminates splashing, eliminating any hazards of a bubbling brew. Further, the Cordless Jug with 360 degree multi directional base is convenient and easy to use.
How to use this kettle?
- Fill the kettle between the minimum (500mL) and maximum (1700mL) marks on the water window.
- Close the lid and ensure it is locked firmly into place.
- Position the kettle onto the power base.
- Select the desired setting by pressing one of the five temperature buttons (80°C, 85°C, 90°C, 95°C, 100°C).
- When the kettle has heated the water, three beeps will sound and the [START/CANCEL] button illumination will automatically switch off.
Care and Use:
- Never use this product to boil any liquids or foodstuffs other than water.
- Never immerse the kettle base, switch area, power base, power cord or power plug in water.
- Always unplug the appliance and let the kettle cool down before cleaning. 
- The kettle features a mesh filter to remove scale deposits for cleaner water. Clean it under running hot water.
- Do not use alkaline, abrasive cleaners, pads or hard scratchy materials.
