Sage Smart Grinder Pro Coffee Grinder:
The Sage Smart Grinder Pro with Dosing IQ technology gives you total control and a perfect dose every time. It features high precision burr calibration for more consistent grinding and allows you to adjust and program grind time in 0.2 second increments. You can choose between programmable cup for French press or filter coffee or shot volumes for espresso to get the right dose every time. It also features a manual grinding option, which allows you to have complete control over how much coffee it dispenses.
This stainless steel conical burr grinder is efficiently designed to minimize grinding heat and protect the essential oils in the coffee bean. It has an LCD display, 60 grind settings, a 450g removable hopper, and also comes with two grinding cradles for dosing directly into 50-54mm or 58mm commercial espresso filters. In addition, there's an airtight storage canister, suitable for plunger or filter coffee.
How to use this grinder:
- Insert the appropriate portafilter or slide in a grinds container with cap open or coffee filter directly under the grind outlet.
- Select the desired amount of ground coffee required by pressing the SHOTS / CUPS button. Or rotate the Grind Amount Dial to adjust the grinding time to achieve the correct amount of coffee. (Note: You can program the time and shots by pressing and holding the PROGRAM button.).
- Select your grind size.
- Press the START / PAUSE / CANCEL button to start grinding operation.
Care and Use:
- The grinder will automatically switch off if not used after 5 minutes.
- Do not immerse the power plug, cord or the appliance in water or any liquid.
- Empty beans from the hopper and grind out any excess beans.
- Wash the grind container and lid, bean hopper and lid in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Do not clean any grinder parts or accessories in the dishwasher.
- Do not use alkaline or abrasive cleaning agents, steel wool or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface.
