illy Y3.2 Capsule Coffee Machine Black:
The illy Y3.2 is a capsule coffee machine comes with the revolutionary IperEspresso capsule system that helps prepare café quality espresso or brewed coffee at the touch of a button. This system uses a patented, two-stage process to create intensely aromatic, full-bodied coffee with rich, long-lasting crema. Available in black color, this minimal and elegant machine is designed by Piero Lissoni, offering an intuitive and easy-to-use experience. Suitable for kitchens and offices large and small.
It is designed to make exceptional single serve espresso effortlessly with specially designed illy IperEspresso and iper Coffee capsules. The usage of these capsules ensures that the machine never comes in contact with the coffee, and as a result, it requires very minimal cleaning and maintenance. It stops automatically once the desired volume of coffee is dispensed and also switches to Power save mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. Plus, it comes with a removable water reservoir of 0.75L capacity and features a cup holder with adjustable height to avoid splashing of beverages.
How to use this Coffee Machine:
- Power the machine on and make sure that the buttons are steadily lit.
- Unlock and lift the opening lever of the capsule compartment.
- Insert the capsule (Only use illy IperEspresso capsules).
- Lower the lever until you hear it lock in place.
- Position the cup on the cup stand.
- Press one of the two buttons to make an espresso coffee or brewed coffee (You can also set the desired quantity/volume of coffee in a cup. Refer to the user manual).
- When the coffee has reached the programmed level in the cup, brewing will stop automatically.
- The used capsule will automatically expel into the used capsule container.
Care and Use:
- Never use other types of capsules as they could damage the machine.
- In terms of maintenance, one simply has to wipe the aluminum exterior clean and dispose of used capsules.
- The machine indicates warning for decalcification and also features auto-decalcification cycle (Refer to the manual).
- Change the water in the tank at least once a week. Always fill it with fresh, still drinking water.
- Recommended to use warmed cups.
- Never immerse the machine or its removable components in water or put it in the dishwasher.
