CBS-2111XTS is the perfect hot beverage solution for medium to large-scale operations. It provides the versatility to brew hot tea or coffee at different temperatures in the same unit. It features a sleek touchscreen interface display that blends intuitive icons with dynamic time and volume data. This provides instant visual feedback at any point during programming, diagnostics, or the brew cycle. And you can program up to 8 different batches with its own temperature from 80°C to 97°C. This makes it ideal for any kind of teas, from white, green, red, and black, to any coffee roast that requires a specific brewing temperature.
The Pulse brew system delivers intermittent pulses of water to ensure even saturation of the coffee bed for enhanced extraction. Further, the patented cascading spray dome ensures water flows over the outside of the dome. This virtually eliminates spray head scale buildup, a leading reason for service calls. It is a compact unit with a lower profile and at the same time packs a larger tank and higher electrical configuration to maximize recovery and extend brewing cycles. As a result, it fits perfectly in tight counter spaces without compromising the performance or efficiency.
