Breville Kinetix Control Blender:
The Breville Kinetix Control Blender with a 750W motor and revolutionary Kinetix Blade and Bowl system delivers quiet and efficient blending performance. Central blades are serrated for extra cutting performance, and the outer blades create the Kinetix motion.  It comes with a 1.5L jug made from a BPA-free Tritan which is impact resistant, shatterproof, and dishwasher safe. Includes two One touch programs with optimised time/speeds to produce the tastiest results. Create smoother green smoothies or silkier dairy smoothies and turn ice into snow easily. Also comes with 5 speed options for: Mix, Chop, Blend, Puree and Liquefy and a pulse function. The middle of the lid; designed with a removable inner measuring cup (30mL capacity), the opening of which is useful to add any additional ingredients while the motor is running, and provides ventilation for steam. Plus, there is a one-touch auto clean function program which use clean water/detergent to clean the jug and blades.
How to use this blender?
- Add food or liquid into the blender jug, ensuring not to exceed the ‘MAX’ mark.
- Press ON | OFF button to power the unit to READY mode.
- Select from five speeds settings available or from three one touch programs mentioned below:
- ‘Ice Crush’ to crush ice, and also ideal for processing other foods that need sudden bursts of power.
- ‘Smoothie’ for dairy-based smoothies to combine and aerate ingredients for a creamy texture.
- ‘Pulse’ feature for processing foods that need sudden bursts of power, which also encourages ingredients to move around the jug.
- Once done, pour it into a utensil and you are ready.
Care and Use:
- Never blend boiling hot liquids. Allow the temperature of ingredients to cool down to room temperature before placing into the blender jug.
- Immediately after use, add 2 cups of warm, soapy water to the jug and press the auto clean button.
- The blender jug, tamper and lid can be washed in the dishwasher on a standard wash cycle.
- Do not use abrasive scouring pads or cleaners on either the motor base or the jug.
