Astoria Storm Profilo 2-Group Coffee Machine:
Astoria Storm Profilo is an effort to create a timeless machine with a longevity based on cognitive mechanics. More precise gradations and parameters have inevitably led espresso machines towards a more digital interface on displays. But preparing coffee is a physical act of gestural expressiveness and the manual acumen of the person controlling the machine. And with this machine, gestures return to take the center stage of the espresso preparation ritual again. All the electronic controls necessary for profiling a perfect coffee are made analogue so that it is easy to use. And it will still allow barista to control all the parameters required to create different cups of coffee and achieve different flavour results by using the same coffee. So you can forget about cumbersome setup process made up of multiple menus and submenus.
Storm's design results from a collaboration with Adriano Design, one of the renowned design studios in Italy. And a set of etched steel panels are exclusively produced by no less than DeCastelli, the renowned producer of unique metal surface finishes. Also, the barista's movement requirements were taken into account while designing the machine. Further, routine cleaning operations are easier thanks to the rounded shape, and washing is helped by the vertical extraction of the basin.

- The Barista Attitude anti-scald and cantilevered steam wand offers safety and easy return movement to the basin, in case of inactivity.
- The innovative Super Dry system keeps the steam dry with minimal condensation provided by a solenoid valve placed in the discharge. Ensures continuous steam use with no impact on performance, even when using two steam wands simultaneously.
- Steam Boost (SB) increases steam production by activating the heating units even during high-volume espresso brewing.
- Analogue interface which lets you control 9 parameters.

- Blooming: To modify the blooming phase through the pressure value during the preinfusion. 4 selections available.
- Speed Up: To set how fast the pressure rises between the preinfusion and extraction phases.
- Pressure: To set the pressure level during the central extraction phase. 6 selections available.
- Body Dose %: Defines the volume of water to be used for preinfusion and body of the extraction as a percentage of the total.
- Pressure End: To set the pressure level during the final extraction phase. 6 selections available.
- Preinfusion time: 10 selections available (0.5 seconds steps).
