The delivery is available in all regions of the Saudi Arabia. It usually takes 3-5 working days to process and deliver the order at your door. Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

And for orders outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the import taxes, customs duties, and fees will be levied separately, depending upon the destination country. We cannot be sure of the charges at the time of purchase, as the custom policies vary from country to country. It will be charged once the order reaches the receiver’s country.
